About Us

Bethlehem Cemetery is one of the oldest and largest cemeteries in Washtenaw County.

It is owned and operated by Bethlehem United Church of Christ, Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Bethlehem Cemetery is considered to be one of the oldest and largest cemeteries in Washtenaw County. It is a rural cemetery in style and has many stately trees beautifying the grounds. The cemetery originally contained the resting places of many notable German and Greek families in Ann Arbor and over the years has grown to include the burials of many other nationalities from many different heritages as well.

Generations of families have entrusted Bethlehem Cemetery with providing perpetual care for their loved ones.  Purchasing a “right to be buried” as a part of estate planning eliminates the need for your family to make this decision at an emotional and stressful time.

The Bethlehem Cemetery Association accepts the commitment and responsibility of maintaining the cemetery through thoughtful planning and decision making.
